This is a replacement for "kncon_s3", which I uploaded from KainCon, but was a poor scan. Catnel sent me a *much* better one (being, as I said, the super-nice fur she is!) so this one is now on Yerf instead. :)
Once again, this is a replacement for the not-so- good scan I did at KainCon. Much thanks to Timebase for sending it to me! :)
It was one of those images that get in my head and won't stop until I draw it! The DoodLer did a wonderful pic of Erin M's wuffie Kenai singing the Aroooos, and said that if Dooky were there, she'd join in... so... here they rock the joint. Kenai & Dooky are © The Two Who Are Fun, Erin Middendorf & Meike Thomas! (P.S. I loved your pic of me, DoodLes! Don't think it's not good enough. It's excellent!)
This is a reduced version of a commissioned work I did for Kendall of FluffMUCK and FurryMUCK. The full-size original can be viewed on his web page <http:// maxie.com/~sirkain>
'Ken likes my artwork' Ken Sample, one of the furry artists I admire most, visited my Web site. This was my reaction when I found out he liked my work!
I got to meet Dingus for the first time over at Kevin J's house today, and Fuzzybear was there too! Naturally, when a bunch of furry artists get together, they tend to draw a lot. Which we did. Gloriously. :)
Another KainCon pencil sketch I did (This one for Fuzzybear!) Once again, the quality isn't great, but (among other things) my laptop has gone a bit flaky on me.
A gentle little request pic for Pepe and Kompy. :) I know Pepe likes it and I hope Kompy does too. Pepe © Dave H. and Kompy © Nicole T. :)
A request pic from Digo of himself and Karma in a kinda romantic embrace. :)
Just a little quick something for Karma Leafbarer, who has a birthday today! And (as was told me by a mutual friend of ours) is a little dispirited. This was one of the ideas I worked with for the pic she requested from me recently (the idea being that treefroggies have lovely voices :) ) but I chose the idea for the other pic instead. But I hopes this brings a little smile to the froggie's face on her special day. :)
Here's another little request pic from Darkstripe for his and Artistic Raccoon's anniversary. :)
Here is Artistic Raccoon, in a request picture made by her friend Darkstripe. :) (Sorry it was late but I had some HD trouble)
Yay! Barclay posted the other pictures he did from our e-mail exchange. Now this one will be more cogent. We discussed the difficulties I'd have in actually being a secret agent... difficulty #1 being the fact that I've got an evil twin who's a mad scientist!! (Bond aficionados will know where this scene comes from.)
B.J. (The Bigfella Machine) has done so many nice renditions of me, but his Capellan ambassador to the SCFA, B-Artisan, has been woefully neglected. So, since one of B.J's treatments of Gene was of E.E."Doc" Smith's immortal SF heroic guardians of Civilisation, the Lensmen, I thought I'd present the version I did of B-Artisan in the same vein. Clear Ether, B.J! The Lensman stories are © E.E. Smith, and B-Artisan, needless to say, is © Barclay Johnson
A special request for some special furs. :) I tried a couple of new techniques on my rendition of the lovely Littlekitty. It came out very well. ^_^
I was really impressed with that three-pager my lady cat did about "The Look". She's one hundred per cent right about it... it's a very powerful thing to be able to look into someone's soul and let them look into yours... not an ability to be taken lightly, by any means. <:)
*chuckle* You might want to know, Trixi, that though my lady cat has indeed been on the receiving end of The Look... she has also been able to *dispense* a pretty formidable version of it herself... ;)
Some of the things the Raccoon Kids do are much like RL children... but there's one thing that is rather unique and distinctive about them. They utterly LOVE to wash up! In fact, their parents have to ask them to *stop*, rather than to get them to do it!
My little birthday gift to the divine Ms. M. :) It was supposed to be a surpise for her from Eric, but after he asked me to draw it, I never heard back from him (???) ...so I just went ahead and posted it here. Hope they like it... <:)
Thanks for letting everyone know that it was my EVIL TWIN in your picture, Buster Charlie! Unfortunately that balloon doesn't seem to know the difference...
Yes, when Gabe encountered the Active Raccoon Kid, things did indeed erupt into disaster. But Gene didn't cause it. The Raccoon Kids' Dad did. Dad was not glad. Dad was mad. What a mad Dad we had. Gabe © Gabriel Gentile
This is a special request done for poor Kendall, who is stuck in a place he doesn't particularly care to be at, on "vacation" with his folks, with his own car in for repairs, no friends, no video games, and very little else around that he likes. He isn't really in a strait-jacket, in a padded room... yet. He just *feels* that way. Kendall is © the unfortunate Eric Goodwin
This is CatsWhisker and I as we were doing some heavy-duty mall hopping this last weekend! Yes, I actually got to meet her RL!! Happy cat! :) Happy cat! :) Happy cat! :)
My little Christmas pic for this year. Mandy seems to want to steal the show, even when the role isn't her favorite one.
A color image (by request) of Mandy Mouse, who featured in my most recent weekend GCP comic. Though she *is* cute, she might not be the type you should let know that she is... :)
Mel misses *me* during the week? Gene misses you *too*, Mel! (Wow.. I'm her favorite kitty?! Oooh... I'm floating away again...!) I did this at the speed of joy, a moment after I saw Mel's posting.
Part 1 of the sketch that I did for Miles.
Part 2 of the sketch that I did for Miles.
I miss you too, my lady cat... *sigh* (But don't cuss jobs *too* much... pays the bills.. <:) )
Just a little "test" pic of Scott Alston's merry mephit, Misty Pine. A fun little request pic. :) Now, outa my way... Yerf's back, and I'm art-starved!!! :)
