- Yes... another doodle le shop le coffee. I'm not quite sure who, or what this is, but i thought you might enjoy it.
- Just your Generic Snow Leopard. (in-flight doodle from point A to point B)
- Why do i feel so...? I've always been fine before, jus' me, its the way its always had to be. Now theres him, and he's not here, and i don't understand why it is i feel the way i do.
- Here's another of a character i'm working with, trying to see if i can portray her in different emotional states, believably. This, should any of you eventually become familliar with her, is very uncharastic of her. I'm just searching through shapes and feelings and proportions.
- Silently waiting, strong from years of doing so, she contemplates the stars, seeing more in them than in a philosopher's tome.
- A wedding present for a friend of mine who is getting married in less than a week! Takin%92 that step, struttin%92 that strut, leapin%92 that leap!
- Jus' takin' a moment out to reflect on the day. :)
- Yeah, yeah... i know. Waay outta my usual style. Artists gotsta push theyselves otherwise they stagnate, no? Got a request to to another kung-fu character. so here's the result of a personal challange of taking the savanah's most docile animal, a thompson's gazelle, and turning him around, into a formidible foe. :)
- Ms. Moira (Vixen) and Ms. Vikky (Sheltie). Just a colour version after some retakes.
- This is just a warm-up thing that I thought others out there might get a chuckle from too. Its a characiture of that dude (sans the firearm he's sporting in the poster) in his best role since Bill and Ted.
- It is Cerberus, guardian puppy of the underworld! :P Working late last night on designs for studiomythos.com and started feeling a bit loopey.
- A cheetah sits | on the arctic tundra. | The snow will come | when the butterfly sleeps. ||| First posting from Alaska! It is beautiful up here! New email addy (on account of Exilefilms crashing) [email protected].
- Love doesn't walk away when things get tough.
- Two lovers fight side by side. He falls. And with the ferocity and determination of true love, she faces... _them_
- 'tis how i feel being able to enjoy my first real day off in a loong time! Feelin' the sun on my face and the grass on my toes!
- This is a piece from a long time ago. A friend of mine helping me with my drawing skills would give me exercises to draw animals differently than how you might first picture them. This was my trying to draw a hyena, but make her gentle and feminine.
- Portrait of Endangerment. Older piece, on the 'homepage.'
- A quick (2 hours), transparent oil sketch of Joey, my malamute. He's the same one pup as "Arooo" and "Wowt!" only much bigger and much more of a muffinhead (and I mean that in the best way). :P His favorite phrase is, "I caught a train, I did!"
- A tighter rendering of Joey in transparent oils.
- Playful and content. That's the way life should be.
- Portrait of a Samurai. The inner fire that burns within the Bushido code. Another older piece; trying to bridge the (imagined) gap between "Furry Art" and "Fine Art." (IMHO, just because it is anthropomorphic -- archetypical -- doesn't mean it merits any less.)
- The happy wolf is now a happy husky! And goodness knows, there's nothing happier than a happy husky... ecxept maybe a happy husky in harness... Hike!
- It is a lion with a meandering toward mischievous machinations in his mental menagerie. Grrrr-hmmmm. :P
- The sketch for "Spiritwolf." In honor of a very warm and loving spirit, wherever she may be.
- Two Foxes: line art.
- Two Foxes: Sketch Painting. Just a quick sketch of something that might get turned into something larger in the future.
- Portrait of a tiger. Just a study; trying to apply a more graphic nature to things.
- Sketch of a yawning tiger.
- "Trail Check" (40"x24", Oil on canvas). ...Together, we had covered more distance in those four hours than I could in a day. I feel that odd sensation all mushers must, when you know you're about to take that step where, should you loose your team, you may not be able to walk back in a day's time. My life was beginning to depend on these small, happy, Be-ings. It was a different way of looking at them than I had ever known before... (From, my short-story, "Brooks Range.")
- Through music and dance, Magic is sculpted into this reality.
