- A carosen playing a two stringed instrument in the mountains of her homeworld... back when the setting I work on had planets in plural.
- Finished commission. The cat character's copyright her person.. I'll put a name in here as soon as I get it.. anyway, thanks for the help with the reflections and stuff in yerf.binary
- This started as a blue line sketch to show my roommate the size difference between Baymerk and Chay, but the train ride home from Chicago was long and boring, and it aquired a background, so I inked it and colored it, and then tried to make it look more three dimensional.. looks a little less flat than it was before...
- A little basilisk type critter, pen sketch.
- Part of a painting, all I could fit on the scanner.
- I started to color it, but I'm so rusty with photoshop, it looked better as it is. And he's not supposed to look like Spider. I'm just on this shaggy wolf/dog kick now. As opposed to the normal dog kick.
- She's looking for her shoes, or something... Pastel, colored pencil and watercolor. I'm slowly catching up on everything I need to get done.
- I spent all day yesterday doing the comic this page is from... this is my favorite part. I didn't finish the full 24 pages, but got much farther than I did last time I tried. Woo!
- It was supposed to be a coyote/bear/kangaroo typish thing. It looks like a civit on steroids or something
- A brownish/bronzish sort of dragon. He looks like he's about to start explaining something..
- I learned how to spell sepia.
- I've started working on pidly world-building stuff while riding the bus home from school.. today I played around with the sounds rodents make, and how that'd relate to the carosen. They were originally created with the primary function of handling the merchentile trade of their creators, and while they've moved away from that roll, their culture still reflects that.. and so thus, this little assassin is giving off an accending rattish-sneezy noise that damns his victim to finiacial ruin for his own benifit. Just your general Carosen curseword. I was bored.. probably makes no sense o.O
- I think the octopus is winning
- Coyote in a blue dress.. marker, colored pencil, gel pen
- Roommate's girlfriend got a working scanner.. huzzah! I can post again! Here's a piece, mostly finished, that I'm working on for school, of a cowboy dinosaur, some raptors, and what I've been sarcastically calling 'the bestest stegosaurus -ever-'. The picture's big and was hard to piece together.
- Snazzy quickly colored version, color comp. for school.
- Apparently I stay bored long enough, I get to thinking, and heaven forbid I should start to think.. I get melancholy. And apparently I also start drawing dragon heads again. I do so love dragons. Starting to remember why I liked drawing them so much, and starting to forget why I stopped.
- I like to find out about new animals, for example, yesterday I learned of a large, spider-legged creature, called a House Centipede. Apparently they live in my dorm... um.. and I hate killing things, so I trapped the one in my room in a cookie tin and let it go outside... it was like three inches long. They say bigger ones live in the basement..
- Chay, who would be the bad guy from my story, except it lacks gender... What do you say, 'bad person'? Irg... Chay is © me
- A jackal in plaid pants.. I used to have a pair of pajama bottoms like that.
- She looks like she's about to pick her nose with that thing.
- A khibakrhi merchant is doing an errand for his boss that brings him down to the ground level walkways in the city. This is beneath his station, and he's irritated with the whole deal. A beggar's appealed to his carosen, who'll probably be victim to the khibakrhi's annoyance, later.
- My pic for this week's traiding post, of (a sci-fied out) 13:11. I like flamethrowers.
- hyena/dog/lemur critter of some sort or another.
- Final version, in crayon.
- Picture of Chasmosaur's Ake and... friends, for the Trading Post. Painter. The critters belong to her. I'm sure they can defend themselves if stolen.
- The trains in Anserona are usually crowded; there's probably two more people on this seat that don't show up in the picture. Asander, the fellow who's just trying to read, has had the misfortune of ending up next to a young carosen girl. The carosen have no concept of personal space, and no sensor when it comes to sharing personal information. It's going to be a long ride. I'm not going to finish this sketch until I do penance for not doing perspective with a ruler.
- Figure there needs to be at least fifty of these for every sword wielding warrior vixen.
- Sketch. I should go dig out my coloring stuff and stop this sketch binge. Either that or sleep.
- Huzzah for spring! Finally!
