- God, grant me blue skies, clear water, and safe travels. 8 x 10 colored pencil. Slight change to the paddle so they look slightly less like spatulas. The foreshortening isn't quite right, so we'll just pretend he has a breakdown paddle ;)
- Well, it's after memorial day, so summer has unofficially begun, and here's raina sporting her new swim suit to kick off three months of fun. Color pincel 14x17
- A maned wolf at Georgia Tech in front of the student center, al beit drawn with considerable artistic license as the hill in front does not exist [please also note that the bowl that contains the Campanile is not on level ground, so the perspective on the left looks a bit funky]. 11x14 colored pencil.
- I'm sure Chad's disappointed I didn't do a drunk bowling picture though this approach is a bit more dramatic than usual. If I did that with a 16-lbs. ball I'd probably pull my arm out of its socket. Regardless, Chad Yaffe's Erica skunk [making a cameo appearance] wonders what kind of freak is bowling next to her. 11x12 colored pencil and marker.
- The twins Jeff and Sera. Originally pincel, colored in PSP
- Its Alpha Dingo (copy write Becky S. , I think). She's sitting in front of the Uluru, one of the largest monoliths in the world - though there is some debate on that. I happen to live near the worlds largest Granite monolith. 14X17 colored pincel.
- I can't believe that file name hasn't been used ;) I thought this picture had interesting lighting since it made my face appear to be made of all planes and angles
- It happens. 11x14 colored pencil. heh, well, I suppose some explanation is in order since this is probably my most bizarre picture to date. When I draw, I usually try to achieve a sense of dignity and beauty in my pictures. This, however, was not one of those times ;) About half way through, I still had not decided what was supposed to be chasing the foxy family and had just about stopped caring [I was getting sloppy] so I broke down and decided to use my sisters idea of mutated vegetables. Lol, she seems to like it, even if I think its ridiculous.
- Bump, Set, KILL! [ 13x8 colored pencil]
- "Hey, look, its snowing." "Damn, aren't you cold?" "Hey, Marcus did you just take a swim in a freezing lake?" Just another scene from a story idea I had; Marcus is out of the desert now and feeling more at home. 11x14 colored pencil and acrylic composite. This was sort of an experiment in that the characters were done with colored pencil [for detail], while the background was painted [painting a background is faster than coloring it with pencils].
- Raina's getting Married. Originally ink; colored in PSP.
- A vixen sits on a rocky mountaintop 8x11 colored pencil. This picture came about as a massive retooling of a previous post, but looks quite different now. If you can forgive the shameless plug, I decided to test the waters and place it up for bid on furbid. http://furrybid.transform.to/cgi-bin/auction.pl?furry&1056252254
- Some wolves investigate an old mill from a rocky bluff. 12x16 acrylic and colored pencil on gessoboard.
- When you are as good as this dude, you don't even need the ground, or a hamlet. 11x14 colored pencil (dog creature) and acrylic on clayboard.
- Looks Kind of like West Virginia. Contrast is a bit off 11x14 colored pencil.
- An art trade with XaiazQuarie. I have no idea how you pronounce that name, but here she is by a stream with a big ass bow. Apparently, her design has already changed the intervening time though :P oh well. 10x13 colored pencil.
