- It's Dalia's big Apatosaur buddy, Astor! I seem to be on a roll with art this week. It's cool to just let go an have fun with it an not worry about it being a masterpiece. :)
- It's a bald eagle mustang hippogryph. Hey, it's something!
- Bayne the Demonicorn. This was a commission that I was given free reign to have fun with. Lots of "Record of Lodoss War" inspired armour.
- Here's a cute little Beanie version of Caerrick that I found in one of my old sketch books. I've been having a good time coloring things up in Photoshop ever since my friend Mike showed me that my Wacom Tablet was more than a fancy mouse. :) I'm still learning though, so bear with me.
- Dalia sport'n a barmaid's outfit for the logo of my future new website, Beerhorse.com. Oddly, I don't do full color, full body pictures of my character very often, I like this one though.
- Lousy toony blue mutt! Only took me 10 months to finally draw you! It was a good warm up though, on to AC artwork!
- He's a White Tailed Ptarmigan Snowshoe Rabbit gryphon. Why? Cause they were both on the same page spread of the wildlife book.
- Catharsis.
- At the insistance of a hell kitty I know, I'm uploading this inking practice I did. My first tigress. I like her. :)
- A monocled cobra (species type, not referring to glasses) and a rat musician. This is a colored version of the picture I had up previously. You can also see "Charmed" in person at Midwest Furfest.
- This is a piece I did for the NERO (a LARP I play) Sarr racepacket. The Sarr have an ingame ability that gives them sword length claws. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to realistically translate something that looks like a big red sword into a set of claws growing out of her hand. I still like the pic though.
- The color version of my Cheetah Sarr. Notice I removed the claws and gave her normalish hands.
- I love this piece! I'm so tired of seeing pictures of male horses that I absolutely would love to take home, except for that one small (er, generally overly large) detail that folks tend to add. I suppose you gotta draw what sells, but there are those of us out there who'd buy the clean stuff too! Anyhow, this is done with marker and color pencil and I grabbed the Forbes Clan Kilt pattern and drew in each and every line.
- Normally I don't upload pencil work, but I really like this goofy piece. Caerrick as a kid must have been a terror.
- I'm back! This is my first full color picture in months. Skorzy titled her "Dancing in the Ruins" after an old Blue Oyster Cult song. She's done with Prismacolor markers and pencils and will be for sale at Midwest Furfest. Enjoy!
- The second of the crazy Canadians was one of my closest friends, Tim "Ravenwolf" Johnson. I love the eyes in this picture. Amy also introduced me to the fun of those little pencil blender things.
- Here's an old piece I was doing for a colaborative Tarot deck. I was thinking of Death along the lines of it's meaning, Rebirth. I really like the colors, but in the end I went with something much more symbolic.
- My long over due half of an art trade with Cara Mitten. This is her hyena deamon princess of hell, Devvyl. Prisma Color markers and pencil.
- Teaselbone showed me how to do digital coloring in Photoshop! This morning I was playing around with it and I pulled up my old B & W tigress pic to work on. I wish I'd thought to find a high res scan of her now, I think this came out awesome!
- Once in a while you really connect with a character you are drawing. I am totally attached to this lil guy. He's just sorta standing around, trying not to be noticed. The lil kid that always gets picked on and just seems to be resigned to his fate. He's not very technically well done, but I love him.
- Looks like Skorzy's lady, Em'Ryld, does not like to be interrupted. :) I decided to test the limits of my patience by drawing in and shading every single scale on her body, the scan just does not do it justice. Prisma color markers and pencils with gel pen highlights.
- Fall Buck. I like the colors in this picture, though he looks like he should be holding a guitar. :)
- I'm currently taking some web development classes and this week we are learning Adobe Illustrator. This is my first piece of out of class artwork done on day two. It's different from the piece I sent to my mailing list as I had some time to tweak it in class the next day. I can't wait for our second week of Illustrator, then it's on to Photoshop!
- It's Tallulah Cunningham's Fhy. This is in thanks for the lovely picture she did of Meg, Steph, and I. He was very fun to draw, and color.
- This piece was inspired by Paf's tiger woodburning. I decided to try out some armour of my own. She is *not* a unicorn, the horn is attached to the helmet. I hope to get to the Metropolitian Museum of Art sometime soon so I can study the horse armour display for more realistic work later on.
- Flare as a Devil Horse for his FurFright badge.
- One can only draw so many horses before she needs to try something new. I've not been able to color lately, so here's a butter fly in black and white.
- This was an uber quick coloring job to make my fountain piece presentable for the Anthrocon artshow. I got the idea when I was practicing backgrounds, then decided to make the fountain the subject of the picture instead. It's based off an silver candy dish I have from Italy, hence the grape vines.
- Saving the world from the devastating use of the word "French," it's Freedom Poodle!!! After this, it's off for a Freedom Manicure, and maybe find a nice boy to share some Freedom Fries, take home for some Freedom Kissing and offer for him to stay for some Freedom Toast in the morning. I guess the last part depends on how good he is with his Freedom Tickler. When will the madness end!
- Member of the US Amphibious Olymic Team. :) Just another of my sporty morphs. Colored with watercolors on paper that was never meant to get wet.
