Unlike most grey tabbies, my cat Sakura is a very subtle grey-on-grey, with no black markings in her fur at all.I've been meaning to anthro-fy her for some time, and she finally ended up arranging cherry blossoms in a kimono. Go figure. Prismacolor markers and colored pencil on Bristol Board.

He tries to start up a game of chase with his new friend, but it doesn't look like she wants to indulge in his adventurous antics. 11x14 colored pencil. Traditionally every troupe had its musician. Coviello, here, fills the role. This is the character design from last year. Now his costume is all black with silver trim. Here he looks like a baton twirler on the 4th of July. Sorry about my pen exploding all over the drum, but I didn't really have the heart to erase it. Gives it that messy trait that all my art seems to be plagued with.
