This is a "political Cartoon" from an RP of a few years ago. It was generated as a reflection to the political, and public response to Rokhan's sharp, and vicious defense of his employers weapons research and voluminous trade in small arms. This was a surprise to the rest of the council, andthey were fearful of the otherwise reasonable diplomat. It was a fun RP ..for a time. Ink on Paper, with Photoshop toning.
