Woah. Havn't seen THIS character in God knows how long. Anyhoo, it's a pic of Hypnosa, the dream doggie thingie thats like, sum kinda guardian. Heres her Y2K pic. Pretty good, although, I fergot how to draw her, so this one took me forever to get right, specially her nose. The original looks a bit nicer, but who cares. Anyhoo, Hypnosa c. to me, and so is the art. Yup.
