Spent a little too much time drawing at the con. It's okay. :) My favorite was Raganzi's badge. Had a happy injured skunk smiling with "I survived Anthrocon 2000 (barely)" on it. If folks can scan badges or sketch books I drew in for me, it would be incredibly appreciated. From top left to bottom, Seaweed's badge, sketch of a lynx pouncing for Furvan (inked and colored later), me doodling on a place mat in Pizza Hut, and a cute skunk for Mel Skunk. Thank you fer stopping over at the Anthromania! party and everyone else who did.
Ace is a lot of fun to draw. Will soon post some concept sketches soon. I'm also going to be putting up an auction soon to help raise some funds to purchase school books.
For my friend Alesta. I'm currently computer coloring this (it's colored, but she's the only thing currently shaded). Will hand color this and make a wall scroll of it. Anyway, drool fanboys!
I made a new business card featuring Rollie and learned how to draw the Hawaiian state flower, the hibiscus! The flower on the card took about a hour to do with a mouse.
Other badge fer Artemis, now in his techno-color dream fur coat. BTW, Thank you fer the wonderful pic, Maui! I need to get yers and a few other peoples done when I'm done working on all the badges. ::Attempts to breathe::
A quick sketch to cheer Zot up. Chilly and Zot as 'lil kids playing with a ball. Sorry if I've been behind on finishing stuff fer people. Most of it's been school related. Particularly when I finish something, email the prof., then it bounces (making it later).
Another gift for a dear friend of mine, Louis Vitale. Parody of the Copper Tone ads, with Fetch, the Megaplex mascot. Due to lack of space, as soon as my new drafting table is assembled I'll be resuming commissions. I finally bought a table out of necessity.
Badge page logo. I will have the site up soon. Finally started sketches for people. If anyone's still interested in a badge Further Confusion, please email me by Saturday, Jan. 12th. Apparently Office Max carries the right laminations for them.
Some of my "homework" from AC. A character sketch for Craig "Stargazer" Smith" of his bear, along with two characters based on PPNC's Ozark (dog) and Hayseed (raccoon).
Part of a graphics project. Sometimes school work can be fun. There's an alternate version with my info on it. For more logo design work, check out the upcoming issue of "Huzzah!" #46 coming out May 25th.
The City, REAL iPod ads, Chinatown, bubble tea, GLASS ELEVATORS, a Toys-R-Us containing a ferris wheel, and They Might Be Giants. Yeah, yesterday was cool. Stupidly hot in the Barnes & Nobel though. From left to right: John Flansburgh, myself, and John Linnell.
Other stuff I've been up to, painting / coloring badges (and the huge illustration I left at a friend's house last night I'm still working on). One of my favorites, Bombur.
::scritches Tony fer uploading this fer me:: (I'm really sorry about this being a bit cropped, Robert.) This is a badge I did for my friend Robert of his character boogi based on his costume. Enjoy!
Had the pleasure of meeting Brokken again during event called "Furloween". Really cool guy. Also love the Marci pics she did of his character on his web page. If you'd like to see some of my photo work, go to floridafurs.com and look at the event photos under Furloween 2000. Prints can be made upon request.
Part of a thank you for Michelle "Calista" Latta. If you'd like a pretty hand colored badge made at AC during Artist Alley on Saturday, please visit me!
My scanner does not do this image justice. Finished badge for Camstone. My wrist had fun relaxing when I finished. Combination of Prisma Markers/Pencils, Tria Markers, gel pens, and marker painting. Sorry for the slow pace of getting peoples badges done. Paper assignments are evil.
I know this wasn't uploaded sooner, but wanted to let you know, the Marshmellow ladies have invaded. Pass it on. :) BTW, Cats, they don't bite. You can calm down now. :)
