- Here's a pic I promised the cool Theresa from Vienna. Quite a while ago, actually, figure that. Generic pose, but I like this a lot. The coloring even came out pretty good. Got some more art coming too, based on me and my brother's rather odd trip out East to KainCon and Philly, but not AC. /shrug/ The Sand Princess here is Theresa Novak's character, don't make me have to get the Grille Smasher out on anyone.
- Guess this is my fault for listening to Tool's Prison Sex over and over really loud really late at night... Getting.. dark...
- This drawing is actually much bigger, showing the whole car, but goofed on the perspective a bit. Ohwell, it looks like this foxie got a job on a game show or something.
- Seems I haven't had much desire to draw lately. This is one of the only sketches I did while surrounded by talented artists at KainCon. No, my Caprice doesn't have twin turbos.. yet. Ooohh.. 1,200 horsepowerrrr... I did install Tuned Port fuel injection, so that's a start, I guess.
- Here's a visual pun for ya. If you don't get it, you must not be much of a car nut =) Just kidding. This shoud be my last car pic here for a while. Anyway, it's Sean's jaguar character, Slovrin Jagger.
- A quick doodle of Veronica I kinda liked.
- Lookout everyone! Cute pic! It's Vicki Fox snoozing on her favorite pillow. A little different shading this time. Vicki Fox © & tm Michael Russell
- *Flashback to 1961* Here's Vincenzo Rupelli after winning a Formula 1 race. Maybe at Monza or Monte Carlo. He takes the young Marcello for a quick victory lap and they find a quiet place to celebrate. The car is a 1961 Ferrari 156 F1, modeled after Phil Hill's car that year. Only natural since Vincenzo is inspired by Phil Hill himself. I know, this puts a severe hork in the likely age that Marcello should be... Vincenzo and Marcello Rupelli are characters of Brian Rogers. Image © 1998 Brian Rogers.
- OK, so my first upload of '98 is a '97 drawing. Huh. Just thought you might like to know I got my website finished =) It's at http://my.voyager.net/brogers/ if anyone cares.
- Another quick Photoshop job(about 20 min.) of a sketch I did way back in December of '97 =)
- Oops, nearly forgot this one buried under a couple of things on my hardrive. I was digging around for info on the animated cat in one of the Paula Abdul videos, I see this photo of her, and head straight for Painter for some more oil painted Veronica... Uh, I have no idea how to end that sentance. Anyway, it's © 1998 Brian Rogers
- well, you've got me working so hard lately, working my hands until they bleed, if i was twice the man i could be, i'd still be half of what you need... Image © 1998 Brian Rogers. Lyrics © 1989 Trent Reznor.
- Almost forgot this one. Did this right after hrumph, about a week and a half ago. Not quite as happy with this one, but I'm working on it...
- Another pre-redesign Veronica pic. Getting used to this new (smaller) tablet. USB rules =) Ahem, this is Veronica in a spiffy yellow dress. Bumblebeetuna
- By popular demand, I'm continuing to draw Veronica. Here she is bathing during a recent trip to ancient Greece. Or something... Backgrounds.. yay...
- The latest Veronica drawing, and probably my favorite. Not sure if her belt thing is for a sword or a gun but either way it can't be good. Veronica is mine, art © 2001 Brian Rogers
- 'Roadster Vixen' Initial sketch for a potential 'finished' pic. You know, that Photoshop stuff. Veronica leaning on an old-school '32 Ford highboy roadster. Her feet are still a little rough. I'll fix that later. image © '02 Brian 'Marcello' Rogers
- Warskunk versus Marcello, QuakeII style. Seems fitting, the name Marcello means 'warlike' and the Warskunk 'only' shoots things that move. Did this in time for Chad's birthday but only just got my scanner connected. Mars also means warlike...
- Veronica in her new colors =) Hmm.. why is the hose still on if she's drying the car? Oh well, it still looks cool. Coloring chrome sucks =)
- Guess this was bound to happen after listening to Opeth, Fear Facory and Kyuss too much... Marcello and Veronica doing some damage control in a bombed-out industrial district. Veronica and Marcello Rupelli are belong to me, art © 2001 Brian Rogers
- This is a pencil drawing of the other end of the wall from hmmm.jpg. Marcello seems to be being watched by this coyote. His name is Nuccio (another Italian car designer), and looks to be in need of a new pair of jeans. © 1998 Brian Rogers
- RazBerri makes a daring escape from the fight, but is quickly apprehended by Marcello, defender of all that is dry in this world (or what was once). And he doesn't look amused... RazBerri ©Erin Vernon, Marcello ©Brian Rogers *reference Erin's water_f.jpg*
- Either I've lost control of my mental functions or the paint fumes are getting to me. Either way, I now own a high gloss pearl yellow Playstation. Special, huh?
- "No really, I insist, YOU eat the last chocolate-covered cheese poof"
