- Deirvla. Another sudden random character that aquired a name at the point of saving the image. Been having fun with the ink-fest but am itching for colored pencils again, thus my upload frequency may dwindle. Until then - http://arphalia.tripod.com
- Done close-up pix of other characters but for some reason never one of the one I go by. Here's my remedy. Arphalia © myself. (He's supposed to have blue eyes but who really cares.) Inks and markers.
- Surf's up! Arphalia ala cute was inspired by going on vacation. Albeit, there was no surf to be had where I went, still, the vacation theme. This and other sickeningly cute art to decorate the home base soon. http://arphalia.tripod.com/ **The end. Please don't hurt me.**
- (Beware: cute installation.) Arphalia's good side.
- (Beware: cute installation.) Arphalia's better side.
- My two main characters from the project I've been working on. Between sessions of writing, images like this get done for character progression, mood, relations, though mainly to keep me up to speed in drawing them. ;> Arphalia & Zenithe © 2000 Ravenell
- First of a series called: Failed Attempts. This is Wing Chime. ©2001 Arphalia. All rights reserved. Ink and markers.
- Sample of an incomplete picture being worked on in hopes before tomorrow so prints can be made for AnthroCon. Random sewer image featuring an unknown species. Done in inks and markers.
- Shael, old character redone, generic pose. Ink, markers and pencil.
- Shot In The Dark (august #1): Illustration. Spare change?
- Shot In The Dark (august #1): Illustration. The whole brochure was pretty much all drawn up while kicking around AC.
- Shot In The Dark (august #1): Illustration. Decided to call her Regine.
- Shot In The Dark (august #1): Cover Illustration. This is the cover image for my little brochure thing that I never finished in time to pass around at AnthroCon. Anyways, it is now finished and to those who have passed on their addresses, they should be going out in the near future. September's should be a lot better. August was a breaking of the ice deal with me. I never know what to put in these things.
- A surprise pic for Silverblue the gothbunny. Art © myself, Silverblue © Ceredwyn Ealanta. Inks and red marker.
- Iona and art © 2001 Arphalia. Markers, ink, and spare time.
- The tribal warrior lemur of Madagascar! Boringly, I call her Lemura. Not so boring was picking on the friend this was done for. He was currently single and needed a strong-type like this to carry him away! ^.^ She's done with colored pencils and markers for depth.
- Arph and Shalindria. Shali © GoldRose. The rest ©2001 Arphalia.
- Lahatiel (on ground) and Deirvla (standing) drawn in a rather pointless pose. It was a fleeting mood. © 2001 Arphalia. Inks and markers.
- Charred Series: The more tensed up and nervous one of the three. Ink, markers and a bit of white pencil. ©2001 Arphalia.
- Charred Series: See, even the ethereal can have freckles.© 2001 Arphalia. Ink and markers.
- Charred Series: Collected. First drawn of the three and the one I like best out of them. Series itself was inspired from a rather strange dream which was not bad or good, just... there. © 2001 Arphalia. Ink and markers.
- When all else fails, ink the small stuff stuck on the bottom of ink testing papers. Scribbling works wonders for the mood when nothing is turning out as it should be.
- Something of a lighter note. Ink and markers.
- In the midst of everything, I received a quote via email. I pass it along, with my own way of dealing. "Imagine all the people, sharing all the World. You may say I'm a Dreamer, but I'm not the only one. I hope someday you'll join us, And the World will live as one.." - John Lennon
- Jerboa's are cute. I call this one PepperJack. Cheezie, no? © 2001 Arphalia. Inks and markers.
- Request art for a RP friend's character that she calls Myst. She's a silvery bat with a misted air about her, mysteriously quiet and enchantingly delicate. She was done with colored pencils and a hint of marker. I like how the eyes and hair ended up on this one, but I think the fabric could have been a lot more intense but I got worried doing this would take from her facial expression.
- A hippie punkish traveling bum lemur. She's called Maddie. © 2001 Arphalia.
