- Fear me, I am Sporebat! *ahem* Done for the new Fiend Folio. Painter 7.1, ©2001 TSR.
- Anybody remember the Rath Cycle storyline from Magic? No? Neither do I. Well, that's a lie--I remember the characters I enjoyed. One of the things I got to do while working there was re-design Tangarth, the Talruun Minotaur. He spent some time in Volrath's torture chambers and came out looking like this. (I had some really wild designs, but they got nixed as being "too dark". Whatever that means.)
- It's another one of my weird Artist's Proof illustrations; I called it a Tengu but strict mythohistorians will likely chide me for misappropriation of a term. ;) Faber-Castell pen on card stock.
- Old Magic art, back from the days when I used "analog" media. Yep, them was the days! Anyhoo, this was...98? 99? Something like that. Gouache on board. I made the crop large enough that some of the unfinished areas show. Bad me! ©1998 WOTC.
- The Infamous Tree Drill! Renamed to something equally ridiculous, but I can't recall what. Another creature developed for Champions of Kamigawa. ©2004, WOTC.
- One of the two cards I did for the Mirrodin set, the War Elemental. I was asked to come up with a creature made from battlefield debris, but no fresh blood and no body parts. I'm not a big fan of gore but from a purely visual perspective, having a creature composed of armor AND what's left INSIDE the armor would have been wonderfully creepy. All Photoshop; ©2003 WOTC.
- RAR! A big giant huge undead mammoth thing with arcane glowy tattoos. Graphite and Photoshop. © Green Ronin.
- This is the first of two commissions I did for a fellow in Singapore. (It being the Year of the Monkey and all.) Faber-Castell marker on an Artist's Proof.
- Here's the second commission for my friend from Singapore. Go apes!!
- Thought people might like to see a tighter shot of Sky Pilot. (The original's pretty big!)
