- A very happy belated birthday to Pepe Val Pew, © David Hopkins. :)
- A picture I did for Kelvin the Lion several days ago as part of a commission exchange. It's Phiro, a furry dragon, rockin' his heart out! Phiro © Chris Farrington.
- Peejster has been sending me several drawings of Ferris and his character Sam sharing popcorn, so I drew this one in response. :) Sam is © Jim Lee, Jr.
- Tet... as Prince of Space. Ha... ha... ha... ha. HA.... ha... ha... ha. Tet is © Ryan Dewalt. Ha... ha... ha... ha. Trixi is © Candy L. HA!... ha... ha... ha. Remember, you chose NOT to surrender. >:)
- In the last picture I uploaded ("arktime6.gif") poor Professor Badgerton was virtually lost in a sea of words! I thought I'd make it up to him by doing a "proper" portrait of him. :) Our learned gentlefur is © Clifford Lieder.
- The character on the right is © D.C. Simpson. The character on the left is © Prince William of Orange.
- A Sunday Newshounds strip that I turned down for the main canon, because someone had told me it wasn't "cutting edge" enough, and upon reflection, I decided he was right. But it's still cute and still worth reading, so enjoy. :)
- Ha, Haley, I can rival you in the "evilness" department! ;) Exactly what the filename implies, a "quick" drawing of three familiar furs at a restaurant they went to while attending "Trixicon." All these guys are © their fun-loving creators. And I AM working on new time wrinkle installments... honest! :)
- I just wanted to make sure everyone knew that the Raccoon Kids' throwing Alistair into the water was all in the spirit of fun. Alistair needed some of that, I can tell you. The Raccoon Kids are © Albert Temple.
- The Raccoon Kids give Alistair a little moral support. The Raccoon Kids are © Albert Temple. :)
- A picture for Bob Nelson, in thanks for the great MST tapes he sent me. :) This is Rac Cooney, bolting from the convenience store where he's just bought a six-pack of brews and some snacks! I dunno, he could be heading home to watch the Season Premiere of MST! D'ya think? ;) Rac Cooney is © Bob Nelson.
- This year I won't be able to make it to Midwest Furfest, alas, because I need to save money. However, I did like the art I made for MFF 2003 last year, so here it all is. The theme was the 1920's and the Furfest mascot is a raccoon, so all the pictures have that leitmotif. In this one: a raccoon thinks it's swell in this modern hotel.
- They cut quite a rug in their quaint jitterbug. More Furfest 2003 Art.
- The male's quite dapper as he romances the flapper. More Furfest 2003 Art.
- The Raccoon Kids! This was drawn at at "HaleyCon 2", another fabulous Gene-Haley-Kevin get-together where the drawing never stops and neither does the fun! (Geez, I sound like a Madison Avenue pitchman. How'd that happen?) Anyway, more thanks go to Haley (who lent me the Tria pens to ink this) and to Gene, aka Albert Temple (to whom these characters are copyrighted). :)
- A long, long, long overdue picture of Rac Cooney and the Bots trapped on the SOL. Rac Cooney is © Bob Nelson, the Bots © BBI. :)
- That's right -- Gene and I witnessed a great furry reunion yesterday afternoon. I drew several pictures about it, but none of them matched my first one of Haley and Timebase, so here it is. Haley © C. L. and Timebase is © R. D. :)
- YAY! CATNEL'S BACK! Am I excited? Oh, I dunno... ;) Catnel is © the wonderful Colleen Phillips. Re!
- Well *chuckle* fortunately Kevin and Alistair showed up in time to save Ferris from making a fool of himself in front of Kendall & the Raccoon Kids. ("Save Ferris"...sounds like a good name for a band.) Anyway, it appears everyone's had a good time at the movie... although Alistair might have had too much action for his blood. ;)
- Rian Real © Chris Cummins, and Eric Skunk © Eric Goodwin. :)
- This is a little sidebar to the chocolate story, inspired by an old episode of "Cosmos" I watched recently. It's an adventure that the Active Raccoon Kid has had that he hasn't told Gene or anyone else about, and it takes place just before he tells Gene what he thought of the "Fighter Furs" movie. Two more installments are on the way. Gene and the Active One are © Albert Temple. (You'll have to scroll for this one; I apologize for that.) :)
- Part 2 of the Active Raccoon Kid's adventures in time. Gene Catlow and the Active Raccoon Kid are © Albert Temple. And just starting on BBC2 immediately...
- ...The riveting Conclusion to the Active Raccoon's adventure! I hope it has that "It's-A-Wonderful-Life" feel that it's SUPPOSED to have. We all know that Gene would never age into a crotchety sourpuss. Alistair, possibly. Gene & the Active Raccoon Kid are again © Albert Temple. (Like how I dovetailed it...?) ;)
- The time story continues as the Active Raccoon Kid decides to spill the beans! After much debate over what to do, Kendall and the Raccoon Kids clearly choose the moral high ground. The Raccoon Kids are © Albert Temple and Kendall is © Eric Goodwin.
- "Once a newshound, always a newshound." More fun with the temporal disturbance as Wolfram -- whose journalistic abilities rank him between Ted Baxter and Pauly Shore -- tries to get the lowdown, but it appears our good Professor actually has the lowdown on him. ;) Professor Badgerton is © Clifford Lieder and Gene Catlow is © Albert Temple. Gene also contributed dialogue and story ideas, so muchas gracias! :)
- Wolfram, having failed to obtain a Professor Badgerton interview, can only stare as Renata gives it a shot. :) Professor Badgerton is © Clifford Lieder.
- Renata is still dogged (heh heh... sorry about that) in her pursuit of the time disturbance story... but Kevin fears they may both be in over their heads. The Raccoon Kids are © Albert Temple and Professor Badgerton is © Clifford Lieder.
- More of the time story: On the same night that Timebase calls the Prof, we find Renata and Kevin -- neither of them completely conversant with the ins and outs of temporal wrinkles -- racing to the Institute of MetaTechnology to find Timebase. Serendipity, however, delivers them an exciting journalistic windfall. Professor Badgerton is © Clifford Lieder.
- Our heroes disperse until the morning, while a seasoned police inspector keeps a weather eye on the warehouse. And then Renata gets a mysterious phone call... This installment will be in two or three parts, and hopefully I'll have the next installment(s) in by Saturday. All characters © their creators... and be merciful, this is the first time I've drawn some of them! :)
- Renata's mysterious phone caller is very sinister indeed. To be continued...
