- Yes, it's the Guardians! Happy birthday, Tetster! :) The Guardians © Ryan "Birthday Folf" Dewalt.
- "It's....." (Footnote: Raccoons aren't actually indigenous to England, are they? Oops.)
- The programs that'll be written, the lamers that will be destroyed... beware! Beware! Tet © Ryan "remember the hair" Dewalt. :)
- A collaborative picture between Gene, Haley and myself done earlier this afternoon at "Haleycon" (held at Denny's and the Gilroy Public Library). :) Here, Kevin is filming for posterity what happens when Gene gives Haley a can of Jolt. I had a great time, guys -- my only complaint was that Tet couldn't make it. <:) Kevin is © me, Gene is © Albert Temple and Haley is © Candy Lewin.
- Hysteria. Hat Full of Stars. The hit sensation of the summer. :) She's © Julie Miyamoto.
- This was also done at "HaleyCon" but inked and colored later. Hale-Bopp is © Candy Lewin and Gene Catlow is © Albert Temple, both of whom have earned my gratitude many times over. :) (Hmm, does anyone remember that "Monty Python" episode where Eric Idle plays the weeping master of ceremonies? THAT'S what I feel like. "No one could be prouder...") ;)
- Last night I dreamt that "Heebas" was on TV. It was kind of a fun dream, so when I woke up I decided it was a sign to draw them as they appeared on the opening titles of the dream-show. This explains the Animaniacs pose, so forgive me. The Heebas are © Scotty Arsenault.
- Here's a picture of the Heebas that just "came" to me while listening to Yes's "Close to the Edge." "On the hill we viewed the silence of the valley." Yebbo, Reeba and Marble © Scotty Arsenault.
- Apparently somebody threw a baby into the swimming pool, and while other folks said "Oh well, whatever" Hysteria got out the trusty dollar-bill-and-fishing-rod. :) Kurt (bless him) is trying to be helpful, but he's something in the way. ;) Hysteria & Kurt are © Julie Miyamoto. P.S. Throwing babies into swimming pools has been known to cause cancer in several states.
- Hey, what's a birthday for except to loosen up and have fun? Except Mark may be loosening up a bit TOO much... he'll regret that in the morning. ;) Howie & Mark are © Jason "A-Year-Older-And-A-Year-Better" Furness. Feliz cumpleanos, Jason! :D
- As promised, here's your pic, Howie! :) I apologize for it being in black and white, but I did spiff it up with some neeeet Adobe lettering. Happy 20th! :) Howie is © Jason Furness.
- "It's only howlin' at the moon!" Well, now that my requisite Kansas quote is out of the way, I'd better describe the picture. (What picture? Oh, THIS picture...) Suffice it to say that even Newshounds have baser instincts, which cats don't quite get.
- A row of birthday pictures... first, a very belated bappy hirthday to Hysteria... :)
- Well, this is a pretty fix I put myself in. I went and uploaded a picture of the Heebas without having any idea who they were, except for the pics Sully put on Yerf. Then one night on IRC, Tet enlightened me, and did it take me by surprise. Well, I'm correcting my oversight now: I've ordered several back issues of Furrlough. That should straighten me out. ;) My apologies, Sully... how 'bout an ice cream sammich? <:)
- Don't do it, Minkle! ;) Minkle being © Scotty Arsenault, o' course.
- Mousie had a great investment suggestion (the company that makes our sneakers) but... um... I'm sort of an idiot. ;) Mousie is © Kelly Siegfried. Thanks for the sketch in my sketchbook, Mousie! :)
- Friday, December 5 was my very "fur"st time on IRC. The furs who were there did their best to make me feel right at home. Anyway, here they all are, and my thanks and hugs go out to them all! :) All characters are © their creators.
- David Simpson and I have been spontaneously drawing each other's characters. Here is Isolde, the only nonconformist female dragon teenager you'll ever find in comic strips. :)
- It's called guilt and boy does it work. One of those moments when you can't superglue your nose to the floor fast enough. :P
- Decided to jump the gun a bit in wishing Jamie Malecki a happy birthday!! Featuring a rare appearance by Squonk, our Genesis-loving squirrel. The Jalecki family © Jamie Malecki.
- Dingus and Fuzzybear having a day out. :)
- Dingus and Fuzzybear, alone with the universe. :)
- Howie, Mark and Squonk on "Jeopardy!" Squonk is fervently praying for the "Final Jeopardy" category to be "Progressive Rock Bands of the '70's." Sigh. Howie & Mark are © Jason Furness. :)
- Happy birthday Kain! Jen Aside has a little present for ya. ;) Kain is © Eric "Birthday Boy" Goodwin and Jen Aside is © Julie "likes the Birthday Boy" Miyamoto. :)
- Kendall 'n' I have been in constant contact recently, and he's helped me out a lot. Thanks, Kendall, for everything!! :) Kendall is © Eric Goodwin.
- It's Karenkat! Yes!! :D She's © Karen Krajenbrink.
- Catnel's kub Kassy delivered the incapacitated Renata some flowers (Renata broke several bones jumping off a roof to interview George Michael -- oh you'll have to read the strip to figure it all out) and so, Renata, with two broken arms, takes them the only way she can. ;) Kassy is © the mama tiger Colleen Phillips. :)
- The hard-workin' and car-fixin' Kendall is © Eric Goodwin. :)
- I've decided to chronicle my forthcoming AAC experiences, as I begin to meet the furs who will be there, one by one. First, I met Lindgold at the airport as he was arriving from New Zealand. Although I didn't actually *say* this, I was so nervous that I *could* have! Still, it was for nothing -- Lindgold is as cool IRL as he is on IRC. He's © Grant Preston. :) More to come, I hope.
- Kevin goes to AAC, chapter 2 - Lindgold, Gene and I go to Trixi's house and find her modem cord has been sadly misused. (The real story is only *slightly* different.) :) All characters © their players.
