- Austin Dern of FurryMuck and Furtoonia sits on the bookshelf in HoneyBadger's burrow. This picture was done for Captain Packrat's fanzine.
- Here's a piccie request I did of an arctic vixen named Ally. She's sort of a furry version of a character named Tifa Lockhart from the video game Final Fantasy VII. Ally is copyright 1999 by Claire.
- Samwise, experienced FurryMUCK artist, and Toast, not so experienced, drawing each other.
- The Furry space program continues! :D I think this demonstrates the 'K.I.S.S' principle in engineering. :)
- White Rose, the arctic wolf gal. A piccie request. :)
- Big Blue Fox (in his not-so-big form). Is it just me, or does it seem pencil leads get brittle when the air gets dry in winter?
- Bigears trying to beep his mama's nose. She's holding him at arm's length, so he can't quite reach. :D Bigears is Copyright 2000 by Richard Story.
- Here's Blackbird from FurryMUCK. She's HoneyBadger's adopted daughter, and Bigears' sister. I couldn't choose between the pencil drawings of these to poses, so I just did 'color' portraits of both. :)
- It's not easy coloring a character that's mostly shades of black, and I'm rather proud of the way these came out. :)
- Here's my take on Lysozyme's Blue Roo (drawn with permission).
- A picture of Bubbycat of FurryMUCK.
- A 'semi-morphic' female bunny sketch. I always thought this one was kind of cute.
- Two bunnies in love. Ain't they cute? :) 'Bunny Luv' is actually a brand of carrots around where I live.
- Brian Williams Skunk. Down girls. ;D Character copyright and piccie by request of his human.
- Over the 4th of July weekend, I got to watching a bunch of shows on the History Channel about popular food. They covered hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream, etc., telling about the history and showing places around the United States. Well, somewhere in there, the idea of drawing a fur as your classic 'carhop on roller skates' popped into my head. Her name is 'Chris'. Don't ask me why, 'cause I don't know. :D
- We had a bit of a storm here in New England last week. I was just on the edge of it, myself, but I had rather been hoping winter was over.
- A portrait of Coconut Rushmore, by request of her hy00man.
- A sketch of Ceyna Indigo of FurryMUCK. For some reason, she's looking a bit smug in this one. Rather like the cat who ate the canary, but I have no idea why.
- Another drawing of Ceyna Indigo of FurryMuck. Ain't she cute? :)
- I've got to do a nice color piccie of her. She's purple, you know.
- Critter of indeterminate species. Don't ask me what 'FPA' stands for; I have no idea. :D
- Some sort of critter. Mouse? Cat? I don't know. She appears to be trying to think of something, and I think the effort is making her head hurt. :D Not meant to be some sort of stereotypical portrayal of blondes in general, honest. :)
- Fantasy cliche: a fierce, sword-wielding barbarian warrior defends a helpless, cowering, unclad, would-be victim from a tentacled menace. You can have a lot of fun by simply reversing gender stereotypes. :)
- A dragon lady. I suppose sooner or later everyone has to draw one of these. I think it's in NAFTA or something.
- Some of my friends may recall a discussion on FurryMUCK about this idea: critters with their fur dyed with the markings of other species. Here's HoneyBadger with a tiger-stripe dye-job. I think it looks great. :D
- I have to acknowledge some work I saw by Joe Rosales and Tygger Graf for this concept. I hear that the idea actually originates with Jeremy Bernel, but I don't think I've seen those drawings. This one's HoneyBadger with her fur dyed in classic vixen markings. I don't think they suit her as well as the tiger stripes, or her normal markings.
- A picture of HoneyBadger making herself comfortable in Enalios' coils. This was done for issue #2 of Captain Packrat's fanzine, 'The Burrow', and is uploaded with his permission.
- Electro Sun Dog! The electric Basenji. :) Check out her site at http://funmark.net/lookagain/
- Here's Feisar the 'generic' toonish skunkette of FurryMUCK. :) She's copyright 2000 by Pat Mangual.
- A character portrait of Felicia, a white vixen, done at the request of her human. She says she looks somewhat like Juli, the she-wolf. I think it's the dress and the shoes. :D
