Colored sketch I drew a while back. Inspired by the fantastic art of the Bamana (specifically the Chi Wara society mask), and the colorful costumes of a neighboring African tribe, the Dogon. Yes, evil of me to mix and match, but at least I know where they came from, and I did it for no other purpose than to just have fun with Non-Western Art History. hehee.
