The second of the crazy Canadians was one of my closest friends, Tim "Ravenwolf" Johnson. I love the eyes in this picture. Amy also introduced me to the fun of those little pencil blender things.

I was lucky to host a couple crazy Canadians for Anthrocon this year, one of which was Amy "Lyosha" Fennell. She gave me some beak lessons and I've been practicing diligently. I also studied one of Dark Natasha's gryphon pics to practice the feather details. Inking is Fun!

"Sword Saints" Illustration meant for the martial artists section of the upcoming Jadeclaw supplement for Ironclaw, to illustrate a martial arts school that may not make it into the final cut. Oh yes, and the figure to the right is supposed to be a ki'rin. (I need to work on species differentiation some more.) The "ring swords" are based on a sword type pointed out to me by Glumilan.
