Hmm! I think this is her final design. I thought it would be cool to give the head of all magical elements the form of a young girl. Gives one a sence of inocence and purity that Ryspiel represents. I never usually do backgrounds when I color in Photoshop mainly becuase I stink at it but I thought what the heck. :) The water turned out interresting I guess. Well I must be off! :D
