- It's been a long time since I've posted, due to work and life and laziness, but here's a peek at something new I'll be selling as a print at AnthroCon this year.
- "Queen Devinarri of Moana" - New character concept, drerived from the previous kd-ctnd.jpg. :)
- Chakat Goldfur and Garrek Redfox dance at the Foxtaur Harvest Festival. I'm not satisfied with the perspective and a few other details, but I still think it's a fun piece. This is an illustration for my story - Forest Tales #4: Family. Goldfur and Garrek are © 1999 Bernard Doove.
- Vicki Fox tries her hand at gymnastics, demonstrating her skill with the ribbon. This was a drawing done as a request from Mike Russell at ConFurence 10, but took me weeks to get done! Vicki is TM and © 1999 M.Russell.
- A raccoon holding a rose, and some pleasant scenery.
- It's a beebee Liz! And, of course, her beau Seth, equally reduced to cubhood and apparently not eager to take the plunge into the air just yet. I seem to be susceptible to Ideas at the moment, and Liz Raiman - Liz's creator - is taking full advantage of this fact as of late. This cavity-inducing image is her fault, it is. Bad Liz.
- got this idea from Oni's story where Asia and her grandfather run a small hotspring resort. that brown thing in her hands is a tray, by the way. now if i was creative or had any sense of reality i could have put in a background, but oh well. i love drawing Asia's hair! it's so fun for some reason i don't know! Asia -c- her very pretty self
- Amazing what seems funny on late-night IRC. Like Candy wearing a loincloth. Candy the Cow is copyright Candy the Lewin.
- I got to chat with three talented fem furs this weekend! Lucky lucky me! :) (BTW of COURSE it's okay with me to have your company on the return flight, Trixi! :) )
- Another pic from the project..it was a paper/visual display about anthropomorphism, its past uses, its present uses, how it has changed, blah blah. Fitting, huh? Anyway, I drew about six of my characters on this big poster, but only three of them were worth scanning. Here's Kaela. Isn't she ky00te? Her face didn't turn out well, but the dress is nice. IMO.
- This was part of a HUGE project I worked on for almost a month for my English class, and also part of the reason I haven't uploaded in quite some time. This project was taking up all my free time, and I'm just getting back to doing requests and trying to help with a comic strip this guy asked me to help with about four months ago. (probably longer.) *Sigh*. Sorry y'all... Anyway, I figured I'd scan this now to get it out of the way. It's a pic of Mr. Tough Guy, Skylar, with a sword, even! Best sword I've ever drawn!
- Yay! A pic that turned out right! This is my first serious attempt at gouache, and I think it's great! Well, ok, I admit, the REST of the pic looked awful, so I didn't bother to scan it, but the head turned out exactly the way I wanted it. I like how 'soft' it looks. The only thing I don't like is the size of Silvie's ear, but oh well, y'can't have it all, I guess. Anyway, here's Silva-the-Psycho in gouache.
- This was the cover for my paper. It's Flame. I thought the eyes turned out pretty neat-o! Uh..that's it. :)
- Just some little sketches of Xaphan with his typical expressions =) I find myself drawing him a lot...he's kinda fun. *sigh* haven't had time for inking and painting lately :P Xaphan is © to me! He's been swiped more than once >:|
