- The Mysterious Raccoon Stranger is either performing some unspeakable ritual in the dead of night or carving a pumpkin. Happy Halloween everyone!
- Morton and Mutt Peters... Is it just my imagination or does he look... uhh... muscular? Mutt Peters: © Matt "B-man" Peters
- Not a Toyota ad this time. It's more like Nissan. I find that commercial quite creepy however.
- Happy New Year 1999! And no, stopping those roo puns is not one of my new year's resolutions. :)
- My half of an art exchange: Orange, the candy-loving kangaroo, with a candy cane. By the way, happy holidays to everyone! Character is © Chris Farrington (Kelvin the Lion)
- Morton trying to pack a suitcase... and on that note, I'm off to the AAC.
- Since I'm allowed one RL photo, here it is! :) It's an angle shot with a Kodak digital camera. The plushies are my fox plushie and two Beanie Babies. Onscreen, Pictureworks is running on Windows (bleah!) 95. And I look like I'm about to fall asleep.
- Sketch I did for Gene Catlow at the AAC. His sketchbook has a phone theme. Thanks to Gene for scanning the picture. Gene Catlow is © Albert Temple.
- Never ever turn your back on someone who's playing pin the tail on the donkey. :) Actually, this came to me while I was sewing a tail ineptly one evening.
- I guess this is an editorial piece. Stealing art is one thing but stealing art and then turning around and blaming the artist himself for stealing really takes the cake.
- It's Prowlus, the fennec fox cybermorph, battling an unseen enemy. This is my half of an art exchange. Prowlus is © Ben Foong.
- A raccoon leaning on a log. Drawn and colored entirely within Painter.
- So how would you thank Ratman for what will soon be two years of maintaining the SCFA? Why, draw a picture that'll make him groan, of course. :) Top part: What the name "Ratman" makes me think of. And yes, that's the rat signal. Bottom part: By day, he's the mild-mannered Kilo. :)
- This is a recap of my 1997 pictures. So if you haven't been keeping up my uploads, just take a look at this one, and then wonder what on earth this thingie has to do with that thingie and then look at the rest of my pictures desperately trying to find out. Well okay, I wasn't responsible for the spinoff of MII's airbag division. That's just something that happened to my character's namesake. :)
- This is a recap of my 1998 pictures. So if you haven't been keeping up with my uploads, just take a look at this one and spend the rest of the year on something more worthwhile like refilling your Tiny Toons paper cup dispenser. :) Actually, this is just a collection of related stuff that didn't make it into my comic strip throughout the year. Enjoy.
- A little recap of some bits I did in 1999. This means one last chance to poke fun at carnival fortune tellers, Y2K, The Blair Witch Project, the flood, and miniature Christmas trees. And now that you're up to speed again, you can get back to more important tasks at hand like changing 19__ to 20__ in all your checkbooks. :)
- A wrong way to eat a Reese's. Thanks to Joe Thiel (Eli) for the idea.
- Roger, the raccoon kid from Limpidity. He's the quiet one who usually tags along with Wally.
- A roo with the flu. I did this drawing in Zezhian's sketchbook at Roocon. Thanks to Zezhian (Mark Correia) for scanning it.
- A little kangaroo humor.
- Spreading roo-mors... a kangaroo pun. Done at Roocon.
- Another roo joke.
- Just sorting through the art folder today and thought I'd upload some older inked stuff that probably only a few have seen before. This one's a play on words with a roo.
- Royce and Morton, as seen in The Burrow. Royce is © Jerome Dunham.
- A funny thing happened on Route 17 South that day. Actually, this is an exaggeration. Damages were minor and I was fully compensated. (Also, now that I think of it, the Gap store should be in the background.) Wish I could do perspective better.
- The sketch I did in Sully's sketchbook. I wish the drawing came out better but oh well... Sully is © Scotty Arsenault and thanks to him for scanning the picture.
- Sketches I did for Shawn Reed. Clockwise from top: a drunk Morton holding a huge beer mug, Leonid looking on in surprise, a raccoon showing off his amazing weather station watch. Leonid is © Shawn Reed. Thanks to Shawn for scanning the sketch from his sketchbook.
- I've been on the SCFA for one year! Hard to believe time has gone by so quickly. I'll be taking a break for a little while to get some stuff ready for the zines and APA.
- By request, a picture of Shades the echidna done in colored pencil. I increased the scruff factor a bit and rastafied him by 20% so he's not quite as S*nic-like. It was a fun pic to do.
- The moral is don't try to race a roo on a pogo stick.
