Kimberly Pyne (T'Kuro Grym) —2/2 >
- A young cheetah-morph rakes his fingers through his hair, confident. Commission. Analder S. Nightclaw © Andrew Lavender.
- This was one of those "I'm soooo bored in class" notebook doodles. Babbles, however, seemed to like it when I happened to show it to her recently, so I touched it up a bit. Babbles is © B. Glenn.
- Sketch of a birthday picture for a dear friend. The scan of the color image was lost in a computer crash, but hopefully I'll be able to get a new one. Babbles the pink jillbunny is © B. Glenn.
- Champion Inu, an massive male akita-morph, mugs for the artist. A representative of Grym's favorite domesticated breed and a sketch for a potential character.
- Babbles (the pink jill-bunny) and Cyberskunk sit in the grass together after an afternoon at the pool. The figures don't fit the background, but ... the bunny cast her vote for this version. :) Characters © B. Glenn and R. Serocki.
- Daemongris of FurryMUCK bears the amulet of her extinct gryphon Clan with heavy and often haunted duty. Daemongris copyright Grym. (For a *real* picture of her, see Kristin Deeds' beautiful watercolor here on SCFA!)
- Tear for the Clan. Daemongris, a maned female gryphon, is betrayed by a single tear as she stares at the book of her lost clan. Rough pencil. Very rough. Just a random hour's study. Daemongris © me.
- Several months ago I agreed to a trade with Ebony Darkeagle, but have since lost contact with her. }:< This was a beginning of my half of the trade, ink only. My novice inks don't do justice to her striking black and gold colors. If anyone sees her about and she's still interested, point her my way? *wagwag* Ebony © her player.
- Jarik Fireclaw, red fox martial artist, executes his forms with rhythmic control. Jarik is *supposed* to be burgundy, but my first try at watercolor pencils has left him a strange shade of plum. Oops. (Not a piece I'm exactly happy with, but perhaps worthwhile practice. Scan faded badly, and PS returned some of the color with a glare & brightness the original doesn't have.) Jarik © his player.
- The result of a commission request by somewolf named Eric (I think... It's been a while). Never claimed in the end.
- All right, Tethar. <grin> A somewhat hackled Daemongris nabs a silly winged fox and explains how off-limits that particular "perdy" amulet is... Thanks for the laugh, roach!
- Finally trying to get back to drawing! First attempt at using colored/textured paper ... Wish I'd stuck with my initial vision. This one didn't work. But I do like his head, at least... Random lion tough guy.
- Grym's gryphon form -- drawn too large for the scanner. :| Rough pencils, prelude to a slightly more stylized web-graphic perhaps. I've been in a mood to try more gryphons. Real challenge for me...
- Greythorne, a snowgryphon-morph (once of LonePortMUSH), kneels at the very edge of my sketchbook, trying not to get his slightly flattened beak caught in the spiral binding... *sigh* Must center things better on the page...
- A belated Christmas drawing. Happy Howlidays to all the Yerf crowd. :)
- Jarik Fireclaw in the Renaissance garb his player wears at RL cons and as a part of a Halloween fursuit. A pic rapidly sketched in a new style in an attempt to practice clothing. I like it. Jarik © J. Jurkiewicz
- A Piece of Sky. Kamots Sawtooth balances a sky-orb in one confident paw, smiling slightly, touched with soft blue magelight. A Photoshopped version of an older sketch. Kamots © F. Pyne.
- An 'early' pic and a first attempt with colored pencils. Kamots stands regally with his katana, waiting in a rose garden by moonlight.
- Argh. I do *not* understand colored pencils. Not at all. Cute lion-maned wuf Kamots Sawtooth looking vaguely (and accidentally) neotanous. Hmf. Kamots © F. Pyne.
- A young leonine warder awaits his orders with patience and quiet strength. My first haphazard attempt at Photoshop 4.0.
- Based on amusing internet legend, Lynx (wiz of FurryMUCK), takes care of an obnoxious player or two, looking innocent as the Park looks on. With luv and hugs also to Wyn and Fluffy the Wonderslug. ;) Lynx © C.Wong.
- Micah, the most elegant, artistic lioness I have the honor to know. She was the first femme-fur I ever drew, about 2 years ago and in an earlier incarnation. Hey, Micah--have I improved? :) Micah © her player.
- Harvest Hero. A sober grey wolfmorph stands beneath the harvest moon, resting his Lochaber axe. My vision of the very talented wufartist Nick Hvostik (also of the SCFA). Nick © Nick. ;)
- A pegasus mage concentrates on his spell. An unfinished pencil sketch. (Part of a wing got stuck in the sketchbook binding ... hmf). Look for the finished version in PawPrints Fanzine!
- Shadow Mage & Samurai, Grym idly shows off wisps of a shadow creature. Great sword backup. ;) Also "The Most Frustrating Pic." *grump* I don't much like it, but thought I'd let you guys use it to offer tips for next time I try my own character. Help? Grym © me.
- Old tricks, new tricks? Sketched as a tiny joke gift for one of my high school colleagues who's a scottydog fan. Wonder if she's figured out who "Grym" is, yet?
- A beautiful wolf femme stands backed by a full moon. More practice on clothing (urk) and general female anatomy. The feets didn't work as well as I would have liked, so you're just seeing the top part. Commission request. Silvermane © her alterego.
- The lovely but not-to-be-trifled-with Spacecat! After a bit of a hiatus from furry-art, I'm getting back into the swing of things with a couple of art exchanges. Spacecat & "regulation space bikini" © Megan Giles. ;)
- A Moment of Introspection. Stormwolf pauses in his usual friendly antics to consider a serious matter. This began as a rough pen & ink; I added some 'spot color' just to give it a different tone. Hope it works. Thanks, Stormwolf, for welcoming me *twice*. <lupine smile> SW © his player.
- Same Soul. Taan and the nonmorphic marten, Kesho of TerraFrore, regard each other quietly. Rough pencil, needs ink and how-to-draw-martens-lessons. Thanks for great RP & artistic encouragement, you two. Taan and Kesho © Jessica Park.
