- This piece was originally done for Paul Kidd after reading the first draft of 'Fangs of K'aath' back in late 1991. A golden jackal in semi-Egyptian costume bearing a copper blade. This was a self-assigned project to learn how to do gems, shading on gems, and various metals and textures (cloth of gold, polished gold, and copper). It is entirely colored pencil, but the background has been edited to a solid black using Photoshop to correct some minor 'blotchiness' in the black when it was scanned.
- A character I play on FurrySpace MUCK, a red panda-like salvage engineer/ black marketeer named Banda Wricz. This was done during Further Confusion 2000. I am particularly happy with her proportions, as 'chubby, but cute' has always been a difficult portrayal for me and rarely requested in the fandom. Entirely drawn and shaded with HB pencil.
- Originally done in 1992 as the cover to the fanzine Zoomorphica, a gentlemanly fox with an umbrella offers shelter from the London fog to a young feline lady. Victorian era. All toning done with sepia-wash. The gas-lit fog was edged in with an airbrush and white gouache. Title marquee and other text for the fanzine cover added with Photoshop.
