- My original plan for this picture was that each of the seasons was represented, but it did'nt quite turn out that way. I have mixed feelings about this one. I like it overall, I just wish the coloring on her kimono came out a little better. I think I am getting fond of colored pencil backgrounds though. Pic drawn with Prismacolor markers and colored pencil on Bristol. Character and art © Heather 'Cybre' Wasneuski, 2002.
- I experimented with my coloring style a bit on this one... I'm really trying to practice drawing more backgrounds. Pic done with Prismacolor markers and colored pencil on Bristol. Art and Character © Heather Wasneuski, 2002.
- This is Silvie!!! My half of an art trade with Kyla Martin-Van. I had fun drawing her, she's a cute character! Silvie is ©Kyla Martin-Van!!!

- Wow... it's really been a while since I've drawn an anthro... this is Spooky for Spike. She was a fun and refreshing character to draw. I think I may have made her head a bit too big (doh!) but even still, I like it :) Markers and colored pencils on Bristol. Spooky © Christi Smith Hayden, 2003.
- Lyacia, princess of the 'Sun Cougar' clan. Pic done with Prismacolor markers and colored pencils. Lyacia© Heather Wasneuski, 2000.
- A commission for the goth skunkette Tizzy! I had a lot of fun with this pic as it was something very new for me. I'm rather pleased with it except for the fact that my scanner decided my nice purple background should be blue... grrr. Colored with Prismacolor markers and colored pencils on Bristol.
- My friend Drakenhart gave me this cool, toned paper at Anthrocon and I had been meaning to use it for the longest time! So, I decided to do something different for my friends this Christmas and draw their characters with a more realistic flair. For my first attempt, I don't think it came out too bad. This first one is a lynx named Asair, the avatar and property of my friend Kerry Binkley. I'm really happy with the eyes... It's a just a shame a lot of the detail got lost in the scan. Prismacolor colored pencil and white acrylic ink on toned paper. Asair © Kerry Binkley, 2003.
