Meet Merwolf-- a malformed critter made during a brutal class as a failed attempt to invent something more miserable than we were. Merwolf despises water and is doomed to live an ultimately pointless life. (If you've read Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Merwolf has Marvin's temperment.) Later on in that class, we gave Merwolf wings, and the creature committed suicide shortly thereafter. Merwolf is © us poor sods in Mrs. Wesley's family studies class.
