Emily Smith (Minwa, Nisyha) —2/5 >
*dust dust* Homura, or Vicki, depending on what story she's in. Decided I needed to get in touch with my 'roots' lately; Painter 5.5, Vicki © Me.
Just a little concept sketch for a mini-comic I may be doing in AmeriManga... June Summers. (Ain't that a cheesy name?)
It's been ten years, girl. You just needed a little face lift. (And for the record ... if she played any musical insturment, it would've been the drums.) Happy Birthday, Suni.
Just because - because I can.
Aiko and Julie, pencil. © me, of course.
Julie Riverford. She's a happy camper! Character sheet in pencil, © me.
Brought to you by 'Totally Confusing Concept Sketches Incorperated.'... Katlin looked the best, therefore, she's rightside up.
Here it is again ... Azuma from Ryuu Shimai. Kudos to my Azy-anego.
My pal Sarah stores the good stuff in her hair; that's what I'm sniffing, by the way. (It's still not as potent as art markers, though.)
Tiny lil' sketches are always fun -- this one turned out fairly nice, so I scanned it. I always go overboard on the Variation tones, I know -- but sometimes a picture doesn't -always- look best in grayscale... that's my opinion, though.
Angsty~. Nyako-sensei, with my bad, horrid kana at the bottom. 'M lea~rning... this upload is for Clint, who keeps an eye on my stuff. Hi, Clint! *wave*
Look, pencil. Look, smudging. Look, blue cheese "Variations" tones. Overly cute for a reason. I like how clean the scan turned out...
It's not depression -- it's confusion, I guess. And it's driving me nuts. ~.~ And there are just some times you want someone just to be there to hold you ... so that's what I expressed in this pic. Or tried to, at least. Mirie & Kikumi © me.
Yay, pencil stuff. Sketchy, but I tried to clean it up ... wee. Bad paper, too. o_O;; Dangit. She doesn't really have wings (well, I might give them to her warrior form later...) an' I'm just playing with ideas for her Warrior name... description end.
If my sister didn't play her darn music so loud, I'd be asleep. Here's to insomnia and pencil smudging! [Jink © JP, Eatl © me, just to be on the sa~fe side.]
I hate you, JPEG compression. I had the urge to colour something. Then I coloured it, then remembered why I don't often have the urge to colour anything. I wish for markers, or a tablet, or ... something. But, Homura was drawn and maybe she found my way out of this drawer's block. Whoopie! © me. (Re-uploaded 'cause, well, JP put it best: "The cig looks a little wonky." Hopefully it is a little un-wonky. Because it was wonky.)
Katlin! CG! I need markers! © me.
I won't finish this, but I like working on the costumes. Not the best anatomy but I like the pencil work still ... Katlin is hard to be around, she's VERY absentminded. Poor Nisyha...
A character in a children's book I'm doing for French next semester. (I'm starting on the ideas early... o_O I hope to finish it in time for the big Language Fair at the college I just got accepted too. ^^) Ren%E9e is just a great character. She's so... *evil*...
I don't draw her often but there's a reason when I do. Couldn't find my Russian dictionary so I couldn't put her name out in cryllic. ><; Sonja © to me, of course. Not sure what I was doing with the shading but it was a simple .5mm lead sketch to relieve drawer's block.
C'est moi.
A pre-sketch of something I'm working on... I cleaned it up. Yes, I added some cheesofied tint to it... it's a fiery colour because that's what half this series is. Fiery. ^^; Warrior Echo/Nisyha © me. (Her partner wears MUCH more than this, see my Katlin pictures for details. @.@)
Blessed be the radical dreamers. (Limited colour scheme. Katlin © E. Smith)
This was done before my big crackdown on proportions an anatomy, but I do like this picture, hensforth, here it be. ^_^ Saitou *is* Mibu's Wolf. B&W, ink.
Mitzi Drakeriver, from "Eden PATHS". I really like the detail on the subject - but ignooooore the baaackkgrrouund... (I just threw that in there - why??) This would be the first thing I'd transfer to a big peice o'Bristol paper if I had the chance... the question is: should I CG it or should I use traditional media for it? If anyone would like to help me out on this, thank you in advance!
See JP. See JP like Tarzan. Drool, Jessica, Drool.
I know neechan isn't the biggest fan of furry art, but I wanted to get something up for her 'cause I owe her so much. Love ya, big sis! [A lovely PS deal - although it started screwing up on the bigger version, so I cropped it... oyai!]
Funny, my hair is cut almost exactly like hers, yet I cannot draw it on her. Or me for that matter. ... nevermind.
Li-chan'n I! ^.^ We're holding lil' UFO catchers of Miki Shin'ichirou and Seki Tomokazu, our favourite seiyuu. (Yes, my Miki-sama has bleached hair.. sometimes ^^;;) A result of too much Weiss Kruez last night. [BTW, I'm still logged up on e-mails and requests, and if I never replied to an e-mail in the past (as in months and months ago), please e-mail me again! I don't mean to ignore you ^^;;;] ... anyway... ah... here you go! ^^*
Missymissymissy! In Rei's plug suit, natch! ^^ Nothing else will do! (And this pic proves I... need to work on my PS teq. I still can't make my lines look pretty.. ;.; Any tips? *whimper*) Now back to the drawing board! ^^
