- Behirling--dragon/ogre beast from Silverthorne Games D20 supplement 'Template Troves 1' Ink.
- "One on the House" Large acrylic paint schplot from a few months ago.
- detail of a veeeery large commission-in-progress. it's been an obsessive--if enjoyable--project, and is probably why i haven't been answering many emails. sorry!
- Watercolor/ink commission-in-progress of a large dragon. Actual size of canvas: 18 x 24 inches. This is just a head detail (and all that would fit on the scanner.)
- I could use big words too, but it still wouldn't change the fact that I have nothing of consequence to say.
- Goofy jackalope drawing for Mr. 1311
- "Burned and Bitter" It's ticked off and sick'n'tired of all the crap floating around the web these days that somehow gets hailed as 'art.' Blah. Cliques do not an artist make-- but they certainly _help_ make an artist's work tedious and predictable.
- "BlackClaw: Griffin Noble" Piece for FC. A wee bit 'tighter' and 'cleaner' than I usually draw, but I was enjoying some splash pen practice. :)
- He'd just love to marinate your children and serve them to his guests over basmati with a side of fresh greens and toasted veggies.
- "UGH! Who the hell eats salmon-flavored candy anyhow!?"
- Mane-of-Blood is sore at the hyena-folk for the slaughter of his pride. (He was slated for assassination by his relatives, but he doesn't know this. Either way, the boy has issues.)
- "Blue Magic" Just anudder one o' dem dere 'tings, yes.
- I'm just trying out my new watercolors. Pardon the craptacularness.
- Another White Wolf rework in hopes of strengthing my chops.
- 'Branch Politics' (Thanks to Mr. {Jeff} Rogers for the title.) Currently-abandoned acrylic painting...it needs tweaking. Turned out less weird than I would have wanted; looks a bit too wildlifey-genre-ish for comfort. Warning: very poor photograph/image quality.
- A bigger scan of the inept boogeyman and his apathetic target.
- "DUDE!!! There's a FACE on your BOOGER!"
- Hippogriff playing a bouzouki-like instrument. Image needs refinement and/or a date with the garbage disposal.
- Poor lil' bughorse...caught out in the rain.
- No cheesy blood-fountains, no loops of intestine (he would have eaten those first, anyway)... just Caerrick the Horse/Griffin/Demon enjoying his evening meal. (Caerrick is the property of his creator)
- Finally finished: Jeff Roger's Caerrick gives Amy Fennell's Lyosha a cuddle... or is that a headlock?
- My rendition of a hippocampus... more graphite work, but it's so much more portable than my colored media.
- Sorry for the re-upload, folks. Here it is again, another large gouache painting for Anthrocon 2002. (Thanks to Mr. McFann for the scan-line deletion.)
- 'Cerulean Tiger Griffin'
- An intoxicated doodle drawn at--and inspired by--my favorite 'hang out' here in Athens.
- Second doodle attempt; possibly worse than the first.
- Abstract doodle. Neck or Tether...which do you think will snap first?
- One of Farmer Brown's chickens just wahn't right...
- 18 x 24 inch watercolor, ink, and gouache painting-commission that was many months in the making. Sorry for the huge file, but it looked even worse when I downscaled it further. Oh! It's also hastily tiled together! >.< Cara is on a roll of Suck today. Yesssss, my preciousss.
- For this odd equine, external tendons control retractible hooves. Meanwhile, a tail made of exposed muscle fibers flags behind. (I love conceptual art.)
