Brak- it didn't turn out as well as the prelimenary sketch and the visualization in my head was. Oh well- I tried to duplicate Fox's complicated design ( Have you ever tried it before? It's hard to get Tracy's style on Fox ) but he turned out better than I think Cassy did. Oh well- this picture helped to feed my hunger of not having drawn in months. A colored pencil drawing of a silver/grey vixen. I drew this while I had "Perhaps Love" on continous loop. I had big ideas for this drawing, as always, but of course, couldn't execute it to full satisfaction. This is the product. I like it in some ways, but other ways I don't. I love how her hair color job turned out and the sky, but unfortunately, my scanner eats colors up and it's hard to tell. Ah well. "Perhaps Love is like the ocean, full of conflict, full of pain..." Man, I hate being dumped- and so does this foxie :P

I just thought I would add to the rat madness going on in recent uploads today ;) Here are my 2 female rats,Michelle and Hushpad. Not pictured is my other girl, Pikabu ( as in "Peek a boo" not Pikachu :P ) Unfortunately, all 3 of my girls just passed away- Pikabu got a bacterial lung infection, and until I witnessed her symptoms, she passed it on to the others. Michelle died first, Hushpad died on the car ride to the vet, and Pikabu died at the vet. :( The only survivor is Sir Gawain, who lived in a seperate cage.

I was watching the "Question" music video by the Moody Blues over and over again. There is this one sad part where this boy wanders to the edge of a cliff- thinking of jumping. I recreated the scene, here, and I think it's pretty gripping. Stipple and cross-hatch with Expresso pen.
