- Actually the first piece of art for CACE I did and proves that I can indeed ink my own art given the time too. I'm really happy with this one because of the amount of detail I was able to give it. By far the best pic of Warfare I've done to date. Characters Copyright Shawntae Howard 2002.
- Over all this time this is the first time I've drawn a full body colored picture of Warfare and it's been a long time since I've done a colored one of Umnus. Again, fighting game stances. Copyright S. Howard 2003
- This was the winner of beauty contest poll on ClubExtinctioners over on yahoo. And no, those aren't what you think. They're eyes, going off of a swimsuit theme of 'happy faces' I saw in a magazine, and yes the pose is inspired by a photo. Artica, Ms. Alden 2001 copyright Shawntae Howard
- The winner of the second annual Ms. Alden Beauty Contest held by the fans on Club Extinctioners, Pandora "Pandamonium" Lee. Still need to do the color of this one though. Pandora Lee copyright S.Howard (PS check for EbonyLeopard on furbid for a charity auction for Jim Hardiman). 2002.
- Close up to see some of the details lost in compression (hopefully).
- The most detailed picture of Xenif, the black phoenix, I've done yet. This took awhile to finish as I gained and lot interest on it. Prints of this is also available on furbid.
- Behold, the all powerful Xenif the dark phoenix. This took TOO long to finish from pencils, to pain in the neck inking, to wrist hurting computer color. Copyright Shawntae Howard.
- Here's a preview (1of5) of what the finalized version of Extinctioenrs issue 13 will look like. FYI, illness and a car accident put me a month behind schedule so it's going to unfortunately ship late. :P
- Thanks to a car accident (which I am out fine in, but my car is another story) and the flu, issue 13 is going to be pretty late. Doing this issue has taught me that inking/penciling/greytoning/and lettering a comic on your own is mad work.
- I'd rather be at FC right now, but instead. I post. Oh yeah, this unfortunately will be out next month. I know I know. I promise to get them out sooner.
- The thing I enjoy the most about illustrating this issue is being given the chance to draw and write Ken Singshow's Andorozon characters, especially the Cat Sisters. They're so bad (and fun to draw.)
- The other good thing about this issue is that I finally got the chance to draw more humans, again thanks to Mr. Singshow who's Dr. Burden is one of the featured here with her biological Chekari, the cheetah boy. Many thanks to Karabiner for doing the initial internal layouts for Rokki the Flying-Squirrel.
- Wow, I have no idea how long its been since I last uploaded something. Life's been really busy. Anyway, this is a Yerfable version of this pic of Phenix I'm doing for AC. Ugh, feathers. (Phenix copyright Shawntae Howard)
