- Data the digital mouse, first appearance Extinctioners issue 10. Character of the month on Club Extinctioners, this is her profile picture. Copyright Shawntae Howard 2003
- Genex the phoenix of the earth. I don't post too often anymore due to the work load of the comic, college, and work. And I sure don't get to color many things anymore. Copyright Shawntae Howard 2003.
- The continuing story continues. Hey, it's Eric Squirrel and it looks like his girlfriend has hooked Rob up with a quick bachelor's party. Oh my, male bonding. All Characters copyright me. So there.
- Doth thine eyes deceive thy? Another episode of Ebony Tales! Quick, check the polar ice caps. All Characters Copyright Shawntae Howard 2000 (Go USA)!
- Holy cow, another strip. I've finally finished my run of drawing three comics back to back to back, meaning I can finally get back to the long over due commissions I have waiting and the comic strips. Ebony Tales copyright Shawntae Howard 2000.
- Character study of Steve Gallacci's Erma Felna from ALBEDO Anthropomorphics. Artwork Shawntae Howard.
- A second study of Erma, this time in an EDF uniform. Not sure if the white on her muzzle and neck are correct, but many pictures of her from the color comics either have a faded white there or none at all. Erma copyright Steve Gallacci. Art Shawntae Howard.
- I've been in a major artist block for over 2 months now, not being albe to draw anything of any of importance. It was suggested that I just draw something that I didn't care about to bust out, but instead I decided to draw..me. This is my tale. Copyright Shawntae Howard
- The morning continues as self image is realized. copyright Shawntae Howard
- Another character study of a new Character. This one is named Eve, she is a vervet monkey. She acts as the bodyguard of my main villian. The initial scan wasn't great, left choppy bits in the inks. I'm happy with the way this one came out visually. Wonder why you don't see a lot of primates drawn (well except for Monkey Bush). Eve copyright S. Howard 2002.
- Here's a sneak preview of Extinctioners issue 11, due out towards the start of next month. This issue will feature a crossover of sorts with Ken Singshow's Andorozon characters (see his Yerf directory for his work on them). This issue I'm trying to greytone myself, which is what's going to take it a little longer. Art S. Howard characters Ken Singshow 2002
- With the release of Extinctioners 10 last week (the 47 page monster) and finishing the pencils for 11, I'm finally getting closer to being caught up. Now with greytoning the pages, I can now focuse on other projects, like for one, getting the music/art CD ready for and some portfolios for AC. Hope I can get all I want done in time. Again, Andorozons copyright Ken Singshow, and the wolf guy is no other than Karabiner who's copyright to his artist who goes by the same name.
- A preview of page four from the next Extinctioners comic. Updates of the website will be coming next week now that I have some free time to work on it again. And as always, folks are welcome to join the Club Extinctioners e-group where fan art/fics/and discussion can be had about a variety of things. Also, all comics are currently available for sale again, including v1. #1. E-mail for invitations and details. Characters copyright Ken Singshow, inks Steve Addlesee, art and greytoning S. Howard 2002.
- Extinctioners 12 preview page 1. Beware evil dictators and their evil rubber duckies. Zora copyright Ken Singshow 2003.
- Another preview of Extinctioners 13 I'm currently working on for a release in this December (check Previews NOW!). Its fun using Ken Singshow's Dr. Burden because it gives me a reason to work on my human drawing, something I had been neglecting for awhile. Burden copyright Singshow all else Shawntae Howard 2003.
- More previews of what I'm currently working on, Extinctioners issue 13 Out in December. It's a slow process cause while I like my own inking, I hate doing it. I did like drawing this though, Sachi is a fun visual character (copyright Ken Singshow).
- This page is a testiment to how slow I've gotten in drawing due to my past wrist injury and how much I hate inking. This took a week to do.
- Oh my gosh I've actually scanned something to be uploaded for once in what, like a year?? Well, I'm back to work on the comic after a break. here's a preview. (C) Shawntae Howard DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE.
- I've changed the way I draw my pink weasle, CeeCee, actually now giving her head hair. I'm also intentionally trying to flesh out the their world by spending more time on backgrounds. Coming up with universal devices like phones for anthros isn't easy. (C) Shawntae Howard 2004 (Ink assist on Pandora by Ken Singshow)
- I really wish this one was a little bigger, cause I personally love the facial expression I give CeeCee in panel one. The look of contempt is priceless. Anyway, nothing like living in a household with housemates with powers. (Last preview, wanna see more join one of the yahoo groups). (C) Shawntae Howard.
- I haven't posted much to Yerf in a long time, mostly because much of what I've done hasn't exactly been Yerfable. But here's more previews of the comic I'm working on.
- Another page from the comic I'm working on.
- Some people had been curious about how I drew a page. Well, here's an example of what a page looks like prior to my inking them. Since I ink my own work I don't redo the pencils past this stage. I use red mechnical lead because it does not scan very well and reduces erasing time (though I prefer blue, but I'm out).
- Here's the unaltered cover design for issue 9 of the Extinctioners. This one introduces the character Phoinix, who has gone thrown a visual redesign since I first created him. Copyright Shawntae Howard 2000.
- Here's a preview of the tenth issue cover of Extinctioners which will conclude the Forbidden Love storyline. http://www.extinctioners.com Art copyright Shawntae Howard, color Shane Fisher.
- color test page for Extinctioners v2 #4. Want the whole series? go to furbid, check out http://furrybid.transform.to/cgi-bin/auction.pl?fur_comic_gen%and4383787
- This is the completed cover for Extinctioners issue 9 with digital coloring provided by Shane Fisher and art by yours truly. If everything in my life runs smoothly this will actually make it's April release date (1/4 complete). Also, my webpage has received a slight update and Club Extinctioners on Yahoo thrives. Image copyright Shawntae Howard 2001 (take it as see I don't personally kick you @$$).
- Well, while I don't have time to do up a new picture, I felt this was appropriate for the season. Happy Holidays everyone, stay safe and warm with you loved ones, be of good cheer and remember those less fortunate than you, and don't forget the reason for the season. God Bless and may your New Year be as exciting as the old. Welcome to the real millinium. Artica (C) Shawntae Howard 2000
- "And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid/And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people/For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord." image copyright S. Howard. Merry Christmas.
- On behave of Ken Singshow's Rokki and my Jacob I'd like to wish you and yours a blessed happy and Merry Christmas and New Year.
