Anyway, this is a redesign of Rako. I don't have any character quite like him, which makes him all the more interesting to draw. I think this collab is from last Sept's picnic-ey goodness. The sketch was my fault, and the awesome inkage is by the amazing NeoGeen. The character is my asian dragon/wolf cross thing, of whom I cannot decide on an appropriate color scheme. He goes by either Fireworks or Hanabi, depending on which you like best.
