- "Horse Farmer" Neeeigh. It all started about age five... Cara began drawing a whole menagerie of weird anthro critters and people turning into said critters. I'm not sure why or how it began. I'm not sure why it continues. However, I wouldn't be suprised if it's a reason that Cara doesn't have a boyfriend.
- My TP 52 piece, for Moebius8. This character is an original species, which is always a nice treat to draw. Ink wash on bristol, with marker and colored pencil used on the figure.
- Art trade/FAX entry for Lemurkat. :)
- Grown together horses. I just wanted to make something look really outdated.
- Picture of Verdego's shapeshifting vampire character, Mortalis, in exchange for much needed help with shorthand.
- My (late) TP Secret Santa pic, for Syris. I'd have it done and uploaded yesterday, if it wasn't for the power going out, and I'd have had it done earlier if I didn't start over. Prismacolors and assorted oil pastels, a first for me and a definetely fun and messy medium.
- Isali came back to find Rafael Don, her husband. Now maybe her ex? She doesn't know. Anyway, they've both changed a lot. The metal-working ratfox is all dirty and greasy like when they first met, but he's gained some weight and has gotten a few more scars. Hm. Rafael copyright Ohaldo, art by me. Doodle haters never fear; this will be replaced by a colored version sometime later this week.
- So, I didn't upload the final image of this before... I uploaded a progress pic. *smacks head* Here is the finished drawing for Maui/ of Maui (Sarah Troutman.) Adobe Illustrator + some pulp fiction
- This was a "special" commission I did a few months ago: a red-tailed hawk with celtic knots on a hybrid macaw primary feather. Sadly, it didn't photograph well, and the beautiful teals and shades of the feather didn't show up in my scan (the customer photographed the version in the corner, whose colors are a bit TOO teal, but, well, the "real" color is between the two. I'm pretty pleased with it, and commissioner's method of "wooing" his special someone worked beautifully, or so I am told. :) I'm currently accepting commissions as school winds down.
