- An attempt to revive a couple of RP characters of mine, Ravenmore and Xoome. I REALLY liked how this came out in inked form, and the computer coloring's not too bad either, despite having to work the backround design twice (what there is of one, at least).
- Good news: I think I found out how to 'ink' using Photoshop's Line Tool. Bad news: Found out the hard way that cel-style shading and my normal way of shading do not mix. Period. BTW, this is Deiablos, the Ifrit. (yeah, yeah, its 'Diablo' misspelled-sue me :P)
- A practice sketch to see if I could make Anonymus the Badger mage a bit more badger-like. Guest appearance by another older magic-using character of mine, Jean22.
- More experimenting with coloring, this time using a group of snowbound critters I've had for a while. We got General North (Snow Leopard), Himalaya (Artic Fox), Marco (Puffin),Lester (Lemming), Caribou (Um, reindeer...), Muskett (Musk Ox) and Frostbite (female Yeti). btW, before I forget, for now on I'm going to charge for commissions (more info on this as I finish clearing things up).
- Rokki hovers with her thruster shoes. a quick sketch.
- This is the inside cover of my 11th sketchbook; my current sketchbook. My character, Kevin S. and a bunch of abstract... stuff. Ballpoint pen & acrylic paint.
- Gong he xin xi and welcome to the Year of the Horse. I'm not Chinese myself, but San Francisco has one of the biggest Chinese new years around, and hereabouts it's reaaallly hard not to notice. It's more fun than Valentine's day, anyway. . . no lion dancers in the latter. Krishva courtesy of Kristin Jacques.
- I wasn't too entirely happy with the coloring so I quit while I was ahead. Still, I was happy enough with the drawing to post it. That and I was too lazy to redraw it.
- This is the character from the other sketch; named Toscah. HE's much shorter, but here he looks about eight feet tall. @!#% proportions!
- Like almost every other member of Yerf I had a comic in the works that I've buried for a couple years.. I always liked Spittem (nick- his real name is Stanley) cause he was a kind-hearted brother figure to Kitsumi- I updated his original character design (don't old drawings always need that? =P) and took a nice break from schoolwork to doodle this with stuff I found in my desk (color pencil and pen). Um yeah.. don't mind the anatomical/technical errors and don't try to figure out what kind of gun he's using. ;P
