- Is it just me, or did Heckle & Jeckle look more like a couple of crows? Acrylics on watercolour greeting card. Magpies are actually very attractive birds. I keep hoping to find one of those gorgeous blue-green tailfeathers during my hikes in Washington's woods, but no luck yet!
- It's a lousy scan compared to the detail and color values in the original. Coloured pencil. This odd-looking craft is a Vickers Viking, built in 1925 and used by the RAF and RCAF. The airmen in this particular plane? Airdales, of course! ;o)
