- While out on the training grounds, another Legion officer comes over to observe the odd activity. Female lupines of Noble birth live a life of leisure, and try to do as little as possible, in emulation of the Imperial high society. They would never lower themselves to a life in the service. Common females, such as this one /could/ be elevated to Noble status, but usually they serve in the legions, and if not invalided out or killed in action, return to their home areas with a moderate amount of separation pay, to buy property. - Later, when in the Legion offices, while the rest of the party confers and plans their route to the lands east, The female officer (Mara? Virinia?) greets Magnus in a familiar manner. Asheru Notes this. The officer is being prudent in cultivating a friendship with Lord Magnus, setting up her retirement. She can marry Magnus, enjoy some status, and good placement for her offspring. Magnus will get a competent bride, with some skill at logistics and managing the property. As it is, she's one of Magnus's few friends, and they get along smoothly. Pencil on paper. Scott A. H. - Illustration that's been lying around for a few months.
- Fer the swishy tail'd squirrel! Made fer Tiresta at AC. I'm REALLY sorry about the ink bleeding through as I started it.
- Altarskunk proposes this theory of how the skunk might have gotten its name.
- Super ancient picture.
- I drew this awhile back in high school. I think I was feeling more cynical than usual, and then something pisssed me off... it's raspberry jam, I swear. :D (eBay # 400772526)
- A female coyote morph, and I actually colored this picture! The best part was painting her hair, and I also tried to create a fur effect with colored pencils.
- Foxote the half fox, half coyote, leaning against a wall and looking cool. Yes, this was my first attempt at trying to immitate spray paint (I used acrylic and a dry brush effect). Commissioned.
- Shawntae had me draw Phenix at Anthrocon. Sure she's hot (air sacs, y'know) but is she a bird brain?
- Chatin, who's quickly becoming a favored character as a cub for the Satin & Silk prequel I'm working on. I just got this image in my mind and thought it was too cute not to do. Chatin's little friend has found a good use for her braid... much to her displeasure.
